      It is a good place to work with rotating shifts and will never go out of business.

      Cons

      It's hard to get a raise at the Charlotte plant or move up in Charlotte plant only. It is a union plant

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
