      Wonderful people and quality of work. We make a lot of the cartons you buy every day from the store. This is gratifying and wonderful to work at Carol Stream every day!

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
