      Very nice HQ office Good culture and helpful colleagues- people seem happy to work here A lot of employee activities organized Strong ERG program representing many different employees Innovation and sustainability are core to the strategy Hybrid work Good benefits package

      No real cons but will update once I have been here a year.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
