      Pay is good, work balance not bad but could be better. P.s. production is overworked

      -lack of communication -under stuff and not hiring -not having corrects parts/materials -no proper training -HR sucks

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
