Supportive and team-oriented coworkers who are always willing to collaborate. The work environment is fast-paced and engaging, which keeps projects interesting and rewarding. As a Project Manager, I enjoy the detail-oriented nature of the role and being involved in keeping projects organized and moving forward. The company is smaller, which makes communication easy and allows you to feel that your contributions truly matter. There is also good flexibility in the role and the salary is competitive.

Because the company is smaller and the environment is fast-paced, priorities can shift quickly at times. However, the team works well together to adapt and keep things moving.

My direct coworkers and others that worked in the back of house were very lovely to work with.

No direct manager, no training despite them hiring entry-level applicants, mediocre at best benefits, overtime with no additional compensation is necessary to be “successful”, president of the company has serious anger problems and has no problem raising his voice and being abrasive when you make the smallest mistake.
