Hello Anonymous,
Thank you for your feedback.
What you describe in your feedback is not in line with how we want any of our team members to feel at GraphiteRx. We believe that you can’t have an amazing customer experience (CX) without great employee experience (EX), so we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
Even though we have limited HR resources as a startup, we make a point of soliciting feedback from all team members through weekly pulse and manager check-ins, periodic skip-level 1:1s, and an annual anonymous company-wide pulse survey.
I thought I’d share with you that in our recent anonymous pulse survey from December 2022, the average score provided by GraphiteRx team members was 8.4 out of 10 across all categories. The lowest average score for an individual submission was 7.3 out of 10. For the question of three words to describe our culture, the most cited word by our employees was “transparent.” Other words included “friendly”, “flexible” and “caring.”
While startups are known to lean more heavily towards the “work” in “work-life balance”, we try to be intentional about GraphiteRx being a great place to develop a career doing important work in healthcare while still taking into account the needs of our colleagues outside of work. A 40-50 hour week is common here, but we try our best to avoid having team members work late nights or on weekends. There are occasional exceptions, like when we need to meet critical business deadlines or to accommodate a team member who has requested a flexible schedule to take classes or care for a loved one.
I’d really like to understand why your feedback is so different from what our team members are experiencing at GraphiteRx. I encourage you to come and talk with me so that we can try to improve your experience in the future.
David
