Pros
There is a great sense of family and belonging at Grass America - the company cares about their employees, and it shows. Many of the employees have a very long tenure with the organization - having been with the organization for 15, 20 years - some with even as many as 45 years with the organization. Work-life balance is outstanding -
Cons
The business is closely aligned with the housing market - when the housing market is good - business is great. When a downturn occurs within the housing market, business tends to slow down.
