Pros
Broad range of technologies and opportunities in an international company with a full product line in news, production and playoout. Grass Valley has consistently been a leader and innovator in many of it's product lines and competes in the media and entertainment market with strong range of products. Increasingly it is able to provide consultaitive help for customers looking to redefine their workflows and streamline their operations.
Cons
As the company and market evolve, Grass Valley's new management team is working to redefine itself and to expand beyond its traditional the customer base of higher end broadcast and production customers. A few mis-starts have been problematic but overall the management team gets an A.
