Pros
Opportunity to be involved in pitching and other day-to-day activities that account coordinators wouldn't normally get to do. Lots of client interaction and rapid pace of learning
Cons
Underpaid, overworked. No holidays and only 2 weeks of vacation. The agency is still growing but that's no excuse to offer lower pay and fewer benefits. Less learning opportunity from senior management.
