Not a single thing i can remember .

Highly unprofessional and poorly managed company. There is absolutely no proper structure — no manager, no clear leadership, part time techlead and almost zero team coordination. Decisions are random and communication is extremely weak. Salary payments are unreliable and reportedly delayed till 3-4 months, which is completely unacceptable. Employees are expected to stretch beyond limits, including late-night meetings (even around 11 PM), showing no respect for personal time or work-life balance. The infrastructure is shockingly bad — no proper power backup (office goes pitch dark during power outages), no basic facilities like a clean washroom with proper handwash, shoe rack, or even indoor footwear despite restrictions on wearing shoes inside. Work equipment and setup are also outdated lacking efficient work . The work culture is unstable, with people leaving frequently, and there is no real learning or growth environment. Leadership reflects a short-term, opportunistic mindset rather than any serious intention to build a professional organization. Overall, this place lacks basic professionalism, stability, and respect for employees. Strongly not recommended.
