      Pros

      Company is at mid-size and have very open and mindful culture. When I joined them, I was so skeptical as I'm full remote and never saw team f2f, but due to global lockdown, I would have similar at any other company. I'm working with UK clients and team in Ukraine is awesome in term of software delivery.

      Cons

      Sometimes clients are pushing too hard for deadlines which leads my team members for paid overtime.

      Pros

      I'm learning a lot of great things in my initial stage of my carrier. The team is constructive and enjoyable—so many intelligent people friendship culture of cooperation.

      Pros

      Very entertaining team and corporate culture which leads to keeping the team together having remote work.

      Cons

      Office in Kyiv require a long trip to come to work from place I live
