Pros
Since joining I've loved my experience working on this team. -Great collaboration and camaraderie across teams -It is certainly fast paced and demanding but if you have drive and passion to succeed, your hard work will be celebrated and rewarded. -If you want to try something new or have an idea, ELT is very receptive and supportive. This doesn't mean everything will get a 'Yes' but you will be given the time and respect of being heard. -I can't emphasise enough how great the team is - everyone is passionate about what they do and I've had endless opportunities to learn from others and develop relationships across the board. -I love what I do and that's only made better working alongside others who are equally as committed to excellence. -The product and technology are incredible and having the opportunity to work for a leader in the APIM space is exciting
Cons
Genuinely, No cons from my experience thus far. As a high growth start up we move fast and a lot is asked of us. I always say, start up culture isn't for everyone and that's OK. But for me, I love the pace and I love the feeling I have every day that I'm a part of building something really impactful. If you're looking for a clock-in-and-out, 9-5, this probably isn't for you - but if your goal is to be the best at what you do, I can't think of a better company to work for.
