Cons

-Toxic Owner. Owner disrespectful and unprofessional. -Financial instability. Leading to layoffs, Unpaid Vendors, and unethical practices. -No 401k. No professional development,Increasing demands for the owner with little of no support

My boss was great, great coworkers, good pay

Cons

No benefits, won’t get a raise. I started with Gdefy in 2022, it was a disaster! With the new warehouse manager things quickly turned around, for the better. I enjoyed my job, my boss, coworkers. I move up to a supervisor position.. fast forward to may 2024 I fall at work, get surgery on my foot in October. I then return to work in February and my department had gotten beyond behind. The owner then gives someone completely unqualified my job, due to my department so behind. But then wants me to train this person.. for MY job! Are you kidding? It’s now 2025.. I’m the ONLY employee trained in every department of the company. I was fired for declining to train this person taking my position. The owner is a crook, we had days with no water, no internet due to not paying bills. Cutting hours due to lawsuits, major debt this guy has. Company’s that he owed would come to the warehouse demanding their money, we would change internet companies because he would get so behind he couldn’t pay them, changing pallet companies because he got so behind he couldn’t pay them. Never would come to the warehouse to check in, fired the entire returns department and then cuts everyone’s hours to 25 a week. Then when cause and effect happens to a business that is still bringing in the same volume we are punished for it being behind. He has ZERO respect for anyone that works for him, his entire California warehouse is suing him. I probably should’ve left a long time ago when I knew all the bad things going on..
