Okay management, colleagues less than ideal - Jump Host Gravity Force Employee Review

Great 'buzzy' atmosphere. Always enjoyed going to work, where nothing ever felt too serious or much pressure. Everyone was having a great time to work together including management. Ability to progress/try out different departments. Felt like being paid to hang out with your mates all day, what could you not like?!

Zero hour contract, was unreliable, however on the flip side of this, it did give you scope to earn extra cash. Will always have a high turn over of staff due to nature of the role/age range.

The best bunch of guys and girls you could ever work with! The best team working atmosphere I've experienced in a work place.

The most un-organised business I have ever worked for, super unprofessional head office and management, no rewards for loyalty, you barely even get a well done for working your hardest, just no praise or recognition of any form.
