Pros

From our owners to our local leadership, everyone is approachable, available, and genuinely invested in listening and supporting us and most importantly, they follow through. Ideas and feedback are implemented quickly, no matter your level in the organization. Gravity fosters a culture where your voice matters and innovation is encouraged. We also invest heavily in the latest tools and technology to keep us sharp, relevant, and efficient. Any time new technology is rolled out, we’re trained and supported well which means a lot to someone like me who considers themselves a bit of an “old school” recruiter. It keeps me sharp and helps me embrace change with confidence. After many years with another staffing firm, I can honestly say the difference is night and day. Nearly seven years in at Gravity, and I still feel like I made the right decision. This isn’t just a job, it’s a long-term career and an extended family I truly believe in. When you can walk into a company and feel a sense of ownership because of the personal attention given to your success every day, you know you’re part of something special...a strong team that wants to grow together.

Cons

There really aren’t many, but if I had to choose one, it’s that the pace can be fast which is expected in a high-performing environment. That said, the support and collaboration here make it manageable and rewarding.
