Excellent work life balance in a company that truly values its workers and it’s clientele

Initially very nice and inviting, good pay, nice office

After you start there is little communication, Very little training but expected to perform tasks with zero errors on your own. Person training was out 3 weeks the week after I started, The person training said an email could be sent telling everyone to only send specific requests during this period but I asked if all requests could be sent and I would give my best try, and person sending request could let me know if anything needed to be corrected. In the end, any errors were held against me and I was treated like my performance was bad. I should have let her send email asking for only certain requests, I thought giving it a try would be good learning tool and show my willingness to learn. I spent most of my time filing instead of learning new things.
