Dont join this company going to be doomed. If you try to leave the company then he deduct your last month salary give you impossible task list in that time frame and refuse you to give experience letter till you have completed the job with extra time.

-High Work Pressure; Usual project deliveries in 30-40 Hours (Odesk) if you jump timeframe then you have to do in Saturday or Sunday
-You will be fired or got you name in the hit list if you take leaves more than 2 or 3
- Employees are like labourer for higher Management
