Pros
CEO is a good person and has a positive attitude. They had talented employees but all are leaving now. Projects wise a good company and freshers can have a learning growth. Apart from Management, everyone is helping and like friends.
Cons
Management totally sucks and they treat employees like labor. Too much oversitting, late nights, Saturdays, and even Sundays are On and they are not going to give you a single penny for overtime/late sitting. However, if you are late for work, management is gonna call you and ask for a reason and may scold you on that in front of other employees.
