Great company - Leasing Professional Grayco Partners Employee Review

We recently had to sell a community and we conducted exit interviews with 16 Team Members. It was humbling and heart warming to hear almost every Team Member tell us this was the best company they had ever work for.

Work locations are limited to where there are current communities and new ones being developed/constructed.

Grayco Partners is an amazing company to work for. They take pride in their company values and it really shows through their product.

I have not experienced any cons.
