There are no pros. None.

Cons

This place is doggy daycare and their dogs are treated better that all the staff combined. Highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen due to verbal abuse and total disrespect from CEO and COO. CMO is located out of state but the COO takes her place on paper. Many questionable business practices. Do not recommend. Zero stars.

Some of the NPs are Great.

Everything about this hell is a con. Speaking of cons, they will be when fraudulent practices come to light. Management is abusive and bullies but nepotism is real so that will never change. So many good people chose their mental wellbeing over enduring abusive behavior and being bullied by upper ‘management’. Internally written reviews are easily discernible from unbiased reviews based upon real life experiences. Working there took years off my life and I took a reduced salary to escape the torture. Could make the company successful but is afraid when daddy’s money started the business. Evil is there and it’s condoned. Shameful treatment of fellow humans much less employees. Karma is real. Zero stars should be an option.

There are literally no pros with working for Grayson Pediatrics

Cons

This is a small private practice, so there is no real management. There is no human resources department. Therefore, there is no accountabilty when it comes to the degradated, unprofessional, biased, immoral and unethical actions of the owners. Favoritism is in fact shown for people with cultural differences. Unfavored employees are verbally abused and discriminated against. At a larger company, if you experience this type of negative environment, there are chains of command and a human resources department that can rectify concerns. At Grayson Pediatrics, the mistreatment of employees is commited by the owners and those who they show favoritism to. Because they are the "human resources" you can not file a formal complaint with anyone. There is no due process. Employees have been verbally told that if they don't want to accept abuse, they need to find somewhere else to work. Employee's personal business, be it medical or family; is unethically announced out loud to everyone in the office during the morning huddle. This is not an ideal place to work at all. Don't just take my word for it; check the reviews at other sites such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter. Do not be fooled by the few "favored" employees who recently left positive reviews. Look at the majority. The mass. They are all saying the same thing. Favoritism, verbal abuse, no training.
