45 hour a week contract - 9 hours a day paid minus lunch break ,,,,,really its 12 a day as you have to come in earlier and stay later to get the job done as the hours advertised aren't set out to make the business flow properly-- start a 3pm but service is at 4pm so you have to come in a 1.30pm as you have to cook everything from scratch and a hour isn't enough to feed 500 people and you wont get paid overtime. Staff leaving all the time and I didn't get paid as head office lost my contract and now havent been paid for 9 weeks so left and chasing my wages via small claims court.
