Pros
The pros are that the company offers incentives when group KPIs are met and provides a good salary. While it's not the highest, it's better than most others.
Cons
The environment is toxic. Even if you give your best and are among the top employees, you won't get what you deserve. Favoritism is rampant, with family or friends being chosen over more deserving employees. During a 10-hour shift, you'll only get a 30-minute break and just 1-2 minutes for bio breaks. It's definitely not fair.
