Lowest pay in the industry. New hires are hired in being paid more than staff but then raises stagnate to 3% or less annually. Micromanagement is the favorite way to handle employees. Far too many unnecessary meetings. They prioritize customer service over everything, including employee dignity and respect. Allowing customers to bully your staff is reprehensible.
