      Pros

      Nice people / environment. Some division actually train & value entry level employees, making it a good experience.

      Cons

      Needs to pay better. Expenses being in Cincinnati can be high - Parking & Food. Needs to treat younger employees with more respect. I have heard verbal discrimination from numerous people in management against hiring younger people. Hires too much family & friends, and overlook actual recruits.
