      Wonderful place to work. Great American takes care of their employees and has been incredibly flexible during the COVID pandemic.

      Cons

      Diversity and Inclusion is not at the forefront of Great American's concerns. The pay starts out well but is structured for longevity and raises are not much for the beginning of your career.
