Pros
Very warm and friendly atmosphere and the General manager as well as co-workers were kind and always helpful. They also worked my college schedule wonderfully. And Its great for a Hairstylist out of school, you will grow craft wise at least.
Cons
never saw a pay raise the time I worked there. Were very strict and tight with sick days. They also did not offer health care which was a downer.
