Pros

Don't have to find your own clients

Cons

Home work life is not a thing. You will miss out on so many things. Salons are short staffed and expect stylists to pick up the hours, they want managers to live there basically. They want you to do a quality haircut in 12 -16 minutes, dubbing Great Clips the fast food of hair. They don't care about quality just quantity and money. I have lost my passion for the industry, now I'm just another robot

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet expectations. Because each salon is independently owned and operated, we encourage you to reach out directly to your franchisee, as they’re best positioned to address employment-related concerns.
