Pros
It was previously a great working environment, hopefully the owner will take necessary steps to return it to a great place
Cons
The owner really needs to look at how the place is managed. A new manager was brought onboard early in 2015, and could not be more inept. The fact that she is outgoing, does not hide the fact that she is in over her head. Everyone has to help straighten things up, she should have never been placed in a management position. I left to find a position that has good management. I do not necessarily need the manager to be my best friend, I need the manager to know what she is doing
