      Pros

      Moving up in the company, great education, benifits are great, you will make money here its all in your hands how you want to run the salon. Can't complain I LOVE my job!!!!!! Been with others salons and this is nothing like them at all!

      Cons

      Working so many hours to make lots of money!!!!!!..... oh thats not a con thats a pro!!!!! This is like any other job you work, make the best of it. There will be no cons if you make this run right!!!!

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
