Pros
I've been with the company 8 years, all my hair cutting career! Great environment, fantastic franchisees. Love the concept of customers first. Every franchisee is a bit different from the experience I've had with ours, I love working here:)
Cons
I can't say to much negative things about the company. I've worked for 2 different franchisees since I started working. The first was good but not enough stability the one we have now is so great and helpful.
