      Pros

      The benefits and flexibility are a major plus. The steady clientele and family friendly environment is amazing.

      Cons

      Each great clips is franchised. I’ve worked for some that don’t offer benefits or vacation pay. The Richard Lynn Company truly care about their staff. When you have a handful of people working for the same owners for over a decade (10yrs) you know there has to be more good than bad.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
