      You get good tips sometimes, coworkers are all pretty sweet, you can get benefits which is not common in this industry

      Customers cause a lot of fuss sometimes, prices are always going up, pay isn't too great

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
