Clients are provided for you and it can be fast paced so if you get bored easily you will stay occupied.

Cons

The pace great clips expects you to keep with haircuts often makes it difficult to still provide quality service. They just expect you to go too fast and it feels robotic. It is easy to get burned out with a lack of work life balance as well.

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

Cons

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
