Medical benefits that are extended to dependents.
Cons
No work life balance. WFH only once a day compare to other companies which offer 3 days. Hot desking but lack of seats available. Toxic working environment where management lack of empathy only cares about KPI. Many changes comes after the new CEO takes over.
