Pros
Good work-life balance. We have sufficient on-the-job training and management training. The HR program is interesting, as it involves exercising with team members and offers monetary gains. Additionally, we have good exposure to actual customers and financial representatives, which helps us understand that our products are being used daily.
Cons
The benefits and compensation packages are not competitive. Over the years, the workload has increased, but there have been limited opportunities for promotion.
