If you value a supportive workplace, being treated with respect, and having your concerns taken seriously, this may not be the place for you. In my experience, the environment felt toxic and draining rather than motivating. Employees were often expected to work without much appreciation, and concerns raised to management seemed ignored or even used against staff.
One of the biggest issues I experienced was with management. Working under Angelica Haro was extremely difficult. I felt constantly belittled, talked down to, and treated unfairly. Small mistakes were heavily criticized, and it often felt like write-ups were used excessively rather than as opportunities for growth, which made the workplace feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
What made the situation more frustrating was that concerns brought to HR and upper management did not seem to result in meaningful change. When issues were raised again, the response felt dismissive instead of solution-oriented. Rather than addressing workplace concerns, the atmosphere often felt tense and fear-driven.
Overall, my experience left me feeling unsupported and undervalued. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this workplace to carefully think about whether this type of environment aligns with what they want in a job.
