      Worked in the branch and the culture was terrible. Underpaid and a focus on selling anything and everything. Systems and processes were so slow.

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
