Pros
I like the long term potential of the business. Would love to keep working here but...very unpleasant place right now. Hopefully things will change so it is a good place to work again some day. Bonuses are calculated such that personal performance is nearly irrelevant (Of course, this is a pro only if you are a middling to poor performer)
Cons
Team spirit is gone. Constant reorganization is a problem. Management has completely destroyed morale, during my tenure, without any awareness that they have done so. Constant under-staffing is the theme for middle management. Associates are treated like capital equipment.
