      Pros

      Remote work is one of the best benefits, you could live anywhere and still be a part of our team, while working at the same pace as people in the office. We're a global team, and quite friendly if I may add, meetings tend to have many laughs.

      Cons

      to be completely honest, there hasnt been any downsides so far.
