Pros
Working at Green Cubes has been amazing. Although I've been here less than 6 months, I already know that this is where I want to stay and grow. There are many opportunities for growth and advancement. Coworkers and management treat you like family and are always willing to step in and help. Everyone is very generous, understanding, and compassionate of both work-related and personal issues and situations. Although it is a laid back environment (many laughs will be had), I have not seen any lack in work ethic or perseverance. Everyone works hard and is always seeking out new tasks and projects to help with.
Cons
Seeing as this company is growing fairly quickly in such a short period of time, I believe they are doing well. I wouldn't say there is any cons rather than working out some "kinks", but that is expected and will come in time with continued growth.
