Pros
Not a lot of pros going on here except the people you work with make the job worthwhile. With hundreds of other dispensary options to work at in the State of Colorado you are far better off trying for a job at another company.
Cons
This company will never work for it's employees. No benefits, no employee incentives, no encouragement for employee growth... you'll make more money flipping burgers somewhere. They will try to keep the people on staff at the lowest possible rate, and if the employee professionally requests a review that could lead to a raise (3 month review, year review, etc.), you will be ignored. They will hire people who will do your job at a lower rate of pay. No communication, hostile work environment. You will constantly be bothered in your free time by the guy who says he runs the place. Run far far away from this company. And then keep running.
