Long hours. It’s not uncommon to work 10+ hours a day. The amount of emails that come in is overwhelming considering 98% of them wont apply to you No structure. There are loose policies in place Don’t let them con you into the draw transition after a year. Unless you’re a successful 360 recruiter you’ll be making close to $40k a year. Benefits are expensive The Director level management team prides themselves on bait and switching recruiters from large agencies offering higher commission packages without mentioning that the only way to make any commission would be to be at that high level 360 role Management will also offer a 360 role and tell you once you start that you need to start at 180 first with no timeline for growth Only growth opportunities are to move into a sales role and eventually a “director” which is basically a AM role with a team.
