Sounds like there is regular team training available but not all are invited. Some sessions are useful when GP led.

Uncomfortable working environment in training centre. Pharmacists are expected to sign ALL repeat prescriptions for the practice, lots of quality reports and near misses as a result. Was not comfortable with this.
