It's nice being able to control your output and how much you make based on the number of calls & sales you make. They also have fun incentives in place that push you to generate revenue & sales.

Unfortunately sales are very seasonal for pest control so in the winter it gets very slow to the point where you have to supplement your income even while working full time. It also is hard to implement any sort of changes in the company at times because you bring it up to management or the owners but rarely is it ever implemented or taken to the next step.

Pay is not sustainable, 9hr workdays but no more than 40hrs a week (no over-time allowed), semi-monthly pay, no sufficient training or coaching
