Pros

The junior staff members are all very supportive and create a warm and communal environmental.

Cons

- Things have steadily gotten worse as they keep trying to make changes that don't work well. - Teams run for long periods of time without managers because they're very slow to replace staff who they've either fired or encouraged to leave. Team members are given no support during these considerable gaps. - Everyone is overworked and underpaid. - Some senior staff members are so overworked that they give no support and little direction to their teams - some of them turn into bullies. - No career progression and trying to get a promotion is a difficult process. - Little support or direction during election times. - Promises to staff aren't always kept. - Junior staff members are expected to sort out their own training. - Work often gets lumped on you last minute. - The kitchen is gross. - The Party itself is stuck in its own echo-chamber.

Pros

Has good benefits, time off and flexibility

Cons

The workload is chaotic and huge, and new staff aren't hired. Cliques of favourites rule. Nobody deals with issues raised by employees outside of the clique. Pay rise systems aren't fair.
