Pros
There's really non to share about this company , it was very close to where I live, and would have made a good job. for travelling purposes. I tried to help you , and your employees complained to me every day about the lead hand you had in place,
Cons
not very well organized, running all the time, not even a hint of when your lunch should take place. Had to ask lead hand after six hours of work. , also no breaks. Not professional at all. Abuse of power by supervisors. I have never seen such a high turn over of employees in my life, and I was there a very short time. Some working one day , and never returning for the second one. Unsafe work habits.
