Pay is low, and communication with officers is lacking from management. No benefits.

The job site I was attached to was an excellent place to work at. Good group of people to work with and be a part of the team.

Our guard shack was to say the least very poor and when the weather got real bad it was very hard to say warm or dry. Owner did not really care about what his guards needs were and was not willing to listen to them.
