      Rude, Condescending, undignified, and childish are the words that best describe the CEO. He talks over people, treats them like they are beneath them and is generally a very unprofessional human being who only like the sound of his own voice and thoughts.

      The only pro is that they pay you correctly if you are an obedient slave and don't decide to quit

      Cons

      The source is massive disastorous tech debt No one, including the founder don't know every features of the product there's no documentation for the features The product is really "fragile" the founder don't value team members and he treats them as temporary disposable units

      Unprofessional behavior from the founder (Barun Chandran), constant profanity in meetings, no structure, no clear processes, and no respect for roles. Promised offer letters weren’t delivered. Decisions were impulsive and ego-driven.
