Pros
The company is small enough to be able to make a big difference in a short time, and enact quick improvements on the fly. Your efforts are appreciated, acknowledged, and affect the bottom line of the company. The employees are like family. Management did a great job of hiring nice & courteous folks who are good people and pleasant to work with. The work is rewarding and customers love the product and really appreciate working with you. The company is continually growing and improving the products and offerings, and is there no shortage of potential customers.
Cons
Two of the offices are not currently Class A office space, but we can see plans for moving to better locations in the future. No 401k, or stock options yet.
