Start-up environment allows great opportunity for personal/professional growth. All employees are impact players. You get to work on a variety of projects with a variety of people, internally and externally. Perks: generous vacation and holidays, casual dress, flexible schedule.

It is a small company with a lot going on. The workload can be challenging, however, management encourages good work/life balance and is eager to help out.

When I worked there my immediate team was made up a great group of people. Many of which I am still in touch with.

Upper management wants to pretend this is a "fun start up" so they can avoid paying decent wages or benefits of any kind. The CEO while initially charming quickly changes and often is one of the main reasons for people leaving. I worked here when the company name was GreenPoint Partners and I personally believe they changed it to Green PSF because of the upset and mismanaged clients.
